At Bb Bangles & Jewels, most products are customized specifically for our customers. Therefore, our return and refund policy is designed to reflect the personalized nature of our products.
Following items are non-refundable
- Custom sizing order i.e any size other than 2.2, 2.4, 2.6 and 2.8
- Wedding/Event accessories other than bangles/Karay etc
- Made to order including, name bangle sets and all orders made specifically for you
- Personalized designs
- Rs. 500 per set design/customization fee if order is not approved
- Bridal and event-specific orders
Design Deposit Policy
For fully custom designs created from scratch, a PKR 500 Design Deposit is required before design work begins
How It Works
- The deposit secures your custom design request.
- The PKR 500 amount will be fully adjusted in your final order total if you proceed with the purchase.
- If you choose not to proceed after the custom design concept has been created and shared, the deposit will be retained as a design and consultation fee.
No Deposit Required For
- Color changes to existing Bb Bangles & Jewels designs.
- Minor modifications to existing designs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- An incorrect item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs.
Approved claims may qualify for:
- Replacement
- Store credit
- Partial or full refund at our discretion
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered when:
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product arrives significantly damaged due to manufacturing defects.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Color variations caused by screen settings
- Delays caused by shipping providers
- Customized products approved by the customer before production
