At Bb Bangles & Jewels, every order is handled with care and attention to detail. As many of our products are handmade and customized specifically for our customers, production and delivery times may vary depending on the nature of the order.
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping & Service Policy.
Order Processing
Ready-to-Ship Products
Products listed as ready-to-ship are generally processed within:
- 2–5 business days from the date of order confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Customized Products
Customized and personalized orders require additional time for design, material selection, production, quality checks, and packaging.
Typical production times:
- Basic color customization: 1–3 business days
- Modified existing designs: 3–5 business days
- Fully customized sets: 5–8 business days
Complex bridal and event orders may require additional production time.
Customers are encouraged to place bridal and event orders as early as possible to avoid last-minute delays.
Custom Design Process
Bb Bangles & Jewels specializes in customized bangle sets designed to complement your outfit, event, and personal style.
Existing Design Color Changes
If you wish to change the color of an existing Bb Bangles & Jewels design:
- No design deposit is required.
- Production will begin once the customization details are confirmed.
Fully Custom Designs
For completely new custom sets created from scratch:
- A PKR 500 Design Deposit is required before design work begins.
- This deposit secures your design request and covers consultation, color matching, and concept development.
- If you proceed with the order, the PKR 500 will be fully adjusted in your final invoice.
- If you decide not to proceed after the design has been prepared and shared, the deposit will be retained as a design and consultation fee.
Bridal & Event Orders
We strongly recommend placing bridal and special event orders at least:
- 2–4 weeks before the event date.
During wedding seasons, Eid, and festive periods, demand may increase significantly and additional processing time may be required.
While we make every effort to accommodate urgent requests, rush orders may not always be possible.
Shipping Locations
We currently offer shipping throughout Pakistan.
International shipping may be available upon request, subject to destination, courier availability, and shipping costs.

Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
Within Pakistan
- Major Cities: 2–5 business days
- Remote Areas: 3–7 business days
International Deliveries
- Typically 7–21 business days
- Delivery times vary by destination country and customs processing requirements

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, where applicable, will be communicated before order confirmation.
Shipping costs may vary depending on:
- Delivery location
- Order size
- Package weight
- Courier service selected
Any applicable international customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched:
- Tracking information will be provided via WhatsApp, email, or the communication method used during ordering.
- Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress using the provided tracking details.
Customer Information & Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order, including but not limited to:
- Bangle size measurements
- Shipping address
- Contact details
- Customization requirements
- Color preferences and design specifications
If an order is produced based on information provided by the customer and that information is later found to be incorrect (for example, an incorrect bangle size or inaccurate customization details), Bb Bangles & Jewels shall not be held responsible for the resulting error.
Any request for replacement, modification, or remake in such circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Bb Bangles & Jewels.
Where a replacement or modification is approved:
- The customer may be required to cover any applicable production, modification, packaging, and shipping costs.
- All redelivery and shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Additional charges, if any, will be communicated and approved before work commences.
We encourage customers to carefully review all measurements, customization details, and shipping information before confirming their order to avoid delays, additional costs, or dissatisfaction with the final product.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing:
- Accurate shipping address
- Correct contact information
- Complete delivery details
Bb Bangles & Jewels will not be responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address:
- Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to dispatch and deliver orders on time, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control.
These may include:
- Courier delays
- Public holidays
- Extreme weather conditions
- Customs clearance procedures
- Transportation disruptions
- Law and Order disruptions
- National emergencies or unforeseen events
Bb Bangles & Jewels cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party shipping providers.
Product Appearance & Color Matching
As our products are handmade and often customized:
- Slight variations in design, placement, embellishments, or finishing may occur.
- Colors may appear differently due to screen settings, photography lighting, fabric dye variations, and monitor displays.
- Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed.
Such variations are considered normal characteristics of handmade products and do not constitute defects.
Quality Assurance
Every order undergoes a quality inspection before dispatch.
Products are carefully reviewed for:
- Design accuracy
- Structural integrity
- Finishing quality
- Packaging standards
We take pride in ensuring that each order meets our quality expectations before shipment.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- An incorrect item
- An incomplete order
You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
To assist with your claim, please provide:
- Clear photographs of the item
- Photographs of the packaging
- Order details
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.
If an order is incorrect due to incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g incorrect size), then BB Bangles and Jewels will decide on case to case basis if order would be replaced. Cost of redelivery and packaging would be borne by customer
